Awkwafina

American actor and musician Awkwafina made her debut with humorous rap tracks that tackled sexuality and identity with a comical wit before increasing her appeal to Hollywood. Her name is Nora Lum to Chinese and Korean immigrants in Forest Hills Queens her first experience with music came with the trumpet. Also, she received classical and jazz training later when she began to explore hip-hop as a teenager. When she was in college, she was focusing on her studies and majored in women's journalism and the arts. for a brief amount that was spent in Beijing and she also took classes in Mandarin. After graduation, she began to devote her time to music. After becoming famous on the Internet and her own song My Vag was a reaction to Mickey Avalon's My Dick. It eventually was included on her first album Yellow Ranger. It also contained popular hits that went viral, such as body positive Queef and the winking tour of her hometown in NYC Bitche$. It was also included as part of Awkwafina's NYC travel guide published in 2015. After she established herself as a musician, and author who wrote books, she chose to assume the role of actor. She has appeared in films such as Neighbors 2, Storks and Bad Rap. She made her debut during the year 2018, appearing in a handful of prominent films, like Dude Ocean's 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. The EP premiered in June.
